Ingredients:
18 oz Chocolate Cake mix 10 3/4 oz Can Tomato soup
1 tsp baking soda 2 eggs
1 bag marshmallows (optional)
First put one 18-ounce box of dry chocolate cake mix into a big bowl. Then add one 10-and-3/4 ounce can of undiluted tomato soup, one teaspoon of baking soda and two eggs (nothing else). Mix well. Follow the cake mix baking directions.
For a fast frosting, cover the top of the cake with marshmallows right before you take it out of the oven.

Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake- (Diane Underwood)
Ingredients:
2 cup un-sifted flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1-1/4 tsp baking
soda
1/4
tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1-2/3 cup
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 cup
mayonnaise
1-1/3 cup water
Grease and flour bottoms of two 9 x 1
1/2-inch round cake pans. In a medium bowl, stir flour, cocoa,
baking soda and baking powder; set aside.
In a large bowl with mixer at high
speed, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla,
scraping bowl occasionally, 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Reduce
speed to low; beat in mayonnaise until blended. Add flour mixture in 4
additions alternately with water, beginning and ending with flour. Pour
into prepared pans.
Bake as 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
or
until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on
wire racks 10 minutes.
Remove; cool completely on racks. Frost
as desired.
Strawberry Blizzard- Laurie Voss
Ingredients:
2- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tub Cool Whip
2 pkgs. strawberry yogurt
1 cup
crushed strawberries
Mix cream cheese and cool whip. Stir in yogurt and strawberries. In blender, crush 42 Oreo cookies. Add 1/4 cup butter, mix together. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour in filling. Freeze for 2 hours. Add extra Cool Whip on top and strawberry halves.
